來自瑞士及以色列的居港外籍情侶 ，以瑞士傳統朱古力工藝結合各式各類的地中海香料，創作出多款獨特口味的 bean to bar 工藝製作手工朱古力：從可可豆開始直接製作，只用可可豆和有機蔗糖，不加任何添加劑，達到75%或以上的可可濃度；於西營盤小規模生產，製作需時，每一塊朱古力由炒豆、磨豆到製成，至少五日時間，絕對是誠意之作。可可豆是來自越南一個叫Dak Lak的地方，向當地一個特定的農夫直接取貨，越南可可豆比一般可可豆更有舒適的土壤氣息，而且產地接近香港，更新鮮。

The bar is made up of cashews and coconut and 52% of cacao, which is almost double the cacao content of a traditional milk chocolate bar. A creamy chocolate texture just like a high quality milk chocolate but absolutely animal friendly.

Store in a cool dry place away from the light. Ideal temperature is 12-20 degrees. If some spots or a white film appears on the bar, it is not mold, it is simply the cacao butter that comes at the surface of the bar due to changes of temperature and/or humidity. It is still perfectly delicious to eat.
